This mini slide hammer is built on a 12 inch. 1/2 round stainless-steel bearing shaft. The kit comes with 1 lightweight aluminum slide handle, 9 ounces and 1 Stainless Steel slide handle, 1 lb and 10 ounces, both with installed linear bearings for smooth and effortless action. Both slide hammers come with bumpers preinstall, the yellow is a soft bumper, the green or gray bumper is hard. They can be removed and positioned anyway you prefer. The change slide handles, simple use a 3/4 wrench on the the locknut and a 12mm on the slot in the bearing shaft to remove and install. Also include in the kit is your choice of a tradition adapter or the Metal Medic style adapter to use in the 5/16-18 threaded accessory port. Great little slide hammer that is the best built and most versatile on the market.
